As for Returns, we regret we cannot take back food items specifically made for you. These would include our Cakes, Opened Drink bottles, Opened Treat boxes and Hampers and any other items that have been opened from their original packaging. However, this does not mean that we will not take note of your comments on why you are not happy. If you have chosen one of our Time-requested shipping options, and you do not receive your delivery on the requested date and time (excluding adverse weather conditions, strikes, blockades, Covid or natural disasters) Red Robin Bakery will refund the difference between the cost of Next Day Delivery and Normal 1st Class Postage.
